Our Pub
Built in the 1600s, we are a spacious, traditional inn located in the conservation area of Mary Tavy within Dartmoor National Park. Our expansive open bar creates a welcoming atmosphere, where we offer a fantastic selection of wines, beers, ales, and spirits. Our Pub area and beer garden are dog friendly.

Our Bed and Breakfast rooms
At the Mary Tavy Inn, we offer four spectacular bed and breakfast rooms (two dog friendly) , perfect for both short and long stays. Our rooms provide a home-from-home feel, each offering stunning views across the moors. With plenty of walking and cycling paths nearby, the Mary Tavy Inn is the ideal base for exploring the beauty of Dartmoor. We have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our Burger Bar
During the warmer months, our magnificent burger bar opens in the beer garden, offering delicious burgers, sausages, and chips. While our restaurant may be fully booked, the burger bar will be available throughout the summer! Be sure to follow our social media to stay updated on when the burger bar is back in action.
Our Motorhome Land
At the Mary Tavy Inn, we offer free motorhome stopovers when you dine or drink in our pub. During the summer, we can accommodate up to 5 motorhomes, while in the winter, we can take up to 3. Please note that we only accept motorhomes with a prior booking, so be sure to give us a call at 01822 810326 or email us at info@themarytavyinn.co.uk to check availability.
Located on the A386 between Tavistock and Okehampton, the Mary Tavy Inn is a perfect stopover for your journey to or from Cornwall. Our land offers beautiful views of the Dartmoor National Park, making it a picturesque place to rest.
